Mrs. Rivas possesses over thirteen years of experience as a certified clinical social workers who is bilingual and multicultural. She has worked with a variety of groups, including LGBTQ+, individuals with substance use issues, victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse within intimate relationships, etc. She has been working with. Rivas has been serving Erie patients since the year 2019. Telehealth is currently offered in Behavioral Health. Mrs. Rivas belongs to the Behavioral health Perinatal team, which works with pregnant as well as postpartum women. She has been trained in adult EMDR and trauma-informed. She offers individual and group counseling, a Medication Assisted Therapy Program and referrals to specialty care, and women's support groups.
